Often whatever the skill, ability, experience is the“Team Roles theory” will come to the surface and determine whether a team succeeds or fails.
The Belbin Team Role Model + 9 Team roles that help measure major behavioural styles that influence how people contribute when working with one another.
Recommended activities:
This workshop includes interactive learning where people viewpoints are challenged. People will be invited to investigate how to promote productive collaboration and identify strengths and potential threats within team roles.
