Physically Active Teaching Solutions
Learning through Active, Fun, Play
"Let's See It"

The success of Physically Active Teaching Solutions is our philosophy of Learning through Active, Fun, Play, our "Let's See It" programmes.

During the first 12 years of a child's life, they are constantly gaining important foundation physical literacy skills, the ability to move with competence, confidence for overall healthy development.

  1. Physical – the skills and fitness a person acquires and applies to movement

  2. Psychological – the attitudes and emotions a person has towards movement and the impact these have on their confidence and motivation to move

  3. Cognitive –  a person’s understanding of how, why and when they move

  4. Social – a person’s interaction with others and the environment in relation to movement

Tried & Tested Teaching Solutions lessons have a central focus of 'Games Sense' a player-centred approach to teaching where children have fun while being physically active. lt is important that children feel a sense of accomplishment in their physical activities as well as being able to fully participate, have fun as a 'true team' member.
