The agreed primary objective of Rugby Australia (RA), Northern Territory Rugby Union (NTRU) and Northern Territory Institute of Sport (NTIS) Rugby Pathway Program is to enhance the quantity and quality of local athletes and coaches to ensure the long-term sustainability of Rugby Union in the Northern Territory (NT). Develop and implement a pathway system, through the RA Development Framework, incorporating holistic long-term athlete development principles that integrate local, regional and national networks to ensure all Rugby coaches and athletes are provided the opportunity to develop. Provide high-quality coaching and tailor the provision of individualised, long-term, holistic athlete development programs to nationally identified athletes.

Member of the high-performance inter-disciplinary support team for woman’s 7’s rugby program. Collaboratively working with coaching support staff and selection committee. Conducted athlete assessments and delivered technical, tactical progression to supported athletes. Maintained regular contact with national athletes to evaluate performance progression. Develop team & season strategies to compete at WGPS 7’s. Administrative duties including written and verbal progress report to athletes. Communicated with internal and external stakeholders, German rugby association and Olympic Training Center.​​
